The warrant list contains the names of people who have outstanding warrants in Butte City Court.
The court makes every effort to keep the warrant list updated, but we cannot guarantee the day to day accuracy of this information. Law Enforcement agencies should confirm the warrant before taking individuals into custody.
If you have reason to believe that your name should not appear on the warrant list or any of the information contained is inaccurate, please e-mail the court and someone will respond back to you within 72 hours. The email address is CityCourt@bsb.mt.gov
